Ash & Sage Wellness House brings together curated services, experiences and practitioner-led offerings for guests across Trenton, Quinte West, Belleville and the wider Bay of Quinte community.

Infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy and restorative rituals designed to reset the body and quiet the mind. A return to balance, practised as a daily rhythm.
Renew
Skin, beauty and specialist-led treatments delivered by independent practitioners. Considered, personal care that meets you where you are. Never rushed, always intentional.
Gather
Yoga evenings, workshops, seminars and intimate pop-ups. A House that comes alive through shared experience, a community built around presence, not performance.
